CASC/ACSS Manual

Welcome to the CASC/ACSS Policy & Procedure Manual (Manual), the place to find important documents and processes needed by student, associate and Certified Members.

This Manual contains the policies, procedures, standards and guidelines of the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care together with associated forms and general information. It is intended as a reference for our Members as well as a guide for students undertaking Supervised Pastoral Education.

Please Note: In cases where there is a discrepancy between the standards and forms, the standards take precedence over the form. You can open the Word file of the Index of the Manual below and then use the “find” function in MS Word which will tell you which section of the Manual you will need to open in the list below. If you are having difficulty finding what you need, please email webmaster@spiritualcare.ca for assistance.

Manual last updated January 2021.
