Strategic Partners Flip Book
In 2018, the six Strategic Partners (five American spiritual care organizations and CASC/ACSS) worked together to develop The Impact of Professional Spiritual Care document (referred to as the “flip book” or “white paper”). This collaborative effort provides a solid base document for informing the public about our profession.
While CASC/ACSS contributed to the document, there is an opportunity to refine the content, making it more in line with Canadian terminology, messaging and nuances as well as including statistics which reflect the Canadian environment. Work on refining this document is ongoing. For questions or further insights, please contact the Director of Marketing and Innovation at email@example.com
The flip book can be downloaded in the Members Only area, CASC Business – General Documents tab, Strategic Partners link.
Insurance Program Enhanced
In 2018, working with the PPC, our National Office sourced and negotiated Affordable Professional Liability Insurance coverage for our General and Student Members. This work has set the stage for 2019. We are in the process of revisiting the Property Insurance Programs offered to Members in private practices and making it clearer to navigate through on our website. We are also re-negotiating the 2019-2020 Errors & Omissions and General Commercial Liability Insurance policies and hope to continue to improve the terms and increase the coverage to all Members.
Visit the Insurance page on the Members Only section of the website for more information.

Art on the Website
A new page has been added entitled Exploring Spiritual Landscapes Through Art. CASC/ACSS Members are invited to share their artistic responses to our ever-surprising and changing world. Inspired by the theme of the 2018 Conference at Deerhurst, we hope to encourage our Members to share their creativity and unique perspectives with their colleagues. Art work, photos, poems and stories are all welcome. Please send your submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org. The page is in the Members Only area, the bottom tab on the left navigation bar.
