The conference team has reserved a block of rooms but once they are sold out there are no guarantees that additional rooms and discount rates will be available.

Room and Ride Sharing Option

If you are interested in sharing accommodations or a ride, please email the conference organizers with your name, phone number, email address and the dates you are looking to share a room and/or travel. They will send out a list of people who would like to connect to share rides or accommodation. It is the responsibility of those on the list to connect with other interested parties.
