Purpose, Values, Mission
The Canadian Association for Spiritual Care/Association canadienne de soins spirituels (“CASC/ACSS,” “Association”) is a national multi-faith organization, committed to the professional education, Certification and support of people involved in spiritual care, psycho-spiritual therapy, education and research. We provide educational programs for those preparing to become professional providers of spiritual care and psycho-spiritual therapy in a variety of institutional and community settings, and private practice.
We educate those who are preparing for ordained/commissioned religious leadership to have competence in providing spiritual care to their faith communities.
Our Purpose
The Canadian Association for Spiritual Care/Association canadienne de soins spirituels (CASC/ACSS) advances the professionalism of spiritual care and psycho-spiritual therapy in Canada.
